SUMMER MEAL PROGRAM starts Monday, June 5th! USD 308 is leading the way with a local summer meal program for children 18 years and younger in our community. Meals are free and grab and go from the following sites and times. *Hutchinson Middle School 7, 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM *Fairgrounds Splash Pad, 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM *Hutchinson Public Library, 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The program runs from Monday, June 5th through July 28th. We are ready for our spring planting party with students tomorrow! Students will be planting their own wildflowers 🌼🌸 to help the bees 🐝 at home and lettuce 🥬 in our office tower garden. Thanks to the Cosmosphere, they will also be performing their own at-home experiments with basil seeds--some that have flown in space and some that have not--to determine whether space flight has an effect on plant growth. 🌱
